Five out of five! I had a flat tire on my Brompton and we are leaving Lyon tomorrow morning. After visiting three different stores I was recommended to go to Lyon Cycle Chic. I asked if they could fix my bike today and they said "of course, give me an hour." I was also recommended a great bar where I could wait. Great shop, great service. When ever I come back to Lyon I will revisit Lyon Cycle Chic.

We had finished a long bike tour and needed a couple of cardboard bike boxes to pack up the bikes for the flight home. Cycle Chic were the only shop in Lyon which did so and which generously kept two boxes, nicely folded for easy carrying. The guys there were super helpful to other foreign guests, so if you need to rent or buy, try them first please

Impeccable. Always available and attentive. I bought a second-hand Brompton which I am very happy with at the beginning of June. I had a problem at the beginning of August with an inner tube which started leaking at the valve, and they changed it for me free of charge without any problems in less than half a day under the second-hand warranty.
